Cleaning
We do both seasonal cleaning before you arrive and periodical cleanings while you are away using professional and meticulous crews. We take the trash out, make the beds and make sure the place is ready for you arrival. The equipment and cleaning supplies will be provided by BodrumAssist. We urge you not to leave the cleaning arrangements to the last minute. Especially in summer, we cannot organize cleanings in short notice. Please give us at least a week notice.
Airing
Bodrum has a very humid climate. This affects houses badly especially in winter. When a house stay closed in whole winter season, paints get swollen, walls get moldy. To avoid that we offer a regular service to air houses. Fresh air reduces the effects of humidity and the procedure gives us a chance to check the place as well.
Minor repairing
This again is a service we provide both during the season while you are here but also in winter while you are away, as part of housekeeping. Dripping flushes and faucets, broken windows, buzzing air conditioners, we take care all of them. When the job in hand is out of our league, we find the right people for it with a reasonable price. (We even make a long Turkish style bargaining for you!)
Gardening
This service includes making a whole new garden and maintenance. We do not allow your garden to die during winter, arranging weekly and monthly visits. We clean weeds, protect your plants from cold weather and water them. During the season we help you to choose new plants, arrange your garden according to your taste.
